The Leaders of the
Regional Director
Brittani N. Blackwell
Brittani N. Blackwell is an HR Business Partner within the functions business for Mobility-North America at Eaton Corporation, a global power management company. She is a solutions-oriented, charismatic leader with a zeal for managing teams and creating cultures of high performance and inclusivity. Her warmth and authenticity create an environment for others to feel safe in and thrive.

Brittani's passion for leadership and management was cultivated at Michigan State University when she was initiated into the Epsilon Epsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. During her undergraduate career, she served in a myriad of leadership roles including chapter president, chair of program planning and development, and chair of the finance committee; these positions ignited her desire to serve the Sorority on a higher level. This desire was actualized in 2013 when Brittani was elected National Second Vice President. Her leadership journey continued; she was appointed co-chair of the National Leadership Academy, followed by her election as Midwest Member of the National Scholarship and Standards Committee. Since her initiation in 2011, Brittani has served the Sorority in many roles, but is most proud of the work she is doing today as Midwest Regional Director.

Brittani's leadership extends beyond the Sorority; she is the co-owner of Top Tier Event Group, a full-service premier event planning company for personal, professional and corporate events. She also co-manages Peerless PR, a boutique public relations agency. Throughout her career, Brittani has been awarded several honors, including an official city proclamation designating September 19, 2015 as "Brittani Blackwell Day" in Southfield, MI and March 7, 2020 as "Brittani Blackwell Day" in Flint, MI.

When she's not cultivating talent, curating brand stories or creating new leaders, you can find Brittani challenging her DIY prowess through her love of crafting. She is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time with close friends. Brittani's greatest love however, is her family; she is a loving daughter, devoted sister and aunt. Brittani has held many titles but her favorite is "Mama" to son Jyair.

Brittani holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Louisiana State University Shreveport.
